This DAW2407 free chlorine/chlorine dioxide sensor uses advanced Swiss technology with silicon nitride-coated films and silicon semiconductors, plus built-in chlorine/temperature probes. MEMS-based microelectronics are injection-molded for durability.
It detects free chlorine/chlorine dioxide via varying currents (concentration-dependent), processed to standard Modbus RS485 signals.With features of 10 bar pressure resistance, flow/pressure immunity, 9 months of maintenance-free use, high accuracy, fast response, automatic temperature compensation, and no reagents needed. This chlorine sensor is suitable for water plants, rural drinking water, stations, and secondary supply for reliable monitoring.

FREE CHLORINE SENSOR, CHLORINE DIOXIDE SENSOR

This sensor is different from traditional electrodes. It is manufactured with cutting-edge Swiss technology, using silicon nitride-coated photopolymer films and silicon crystal semiconductors as conductive elements. It has built-in chlorine and temperature probes.

Through MEMS technology, microelectronic components are injection-molded and encapsulated.

As the free chlorine or chlorine dioxide concentration in the water sample changes,the sensorgenerates

different current intensities, which are processed by a regulator and signal amplifier, and converted into standard Modbus RS485 signals.

The sensor does not require the replacement of reagents during use, and is easy to maintain, ensuring the stability, reliability, and accuracy of the instrument's long-term operation. It can be used in water plants, rural drinking water, water stations, secondary water supply, and other fields.
