German-made CH10 Residual Chlorine Sensor for High Chlorine Concentrations upto 2000ppm in Process Water

German-made CH10 free chlorine sensor uses a membrane-covered amperometric 2-electrode system to measure pH-dependent free chlorine, tailored for high concentrations in industrial process water. It works with inorganic chlorinating agents (NaOCl, Ca(OCl)₂, chlorine gas, membrane cell electrolytic chlorine) and requires constant pH (5.0–8.0).
Boasting surfactant resistance and mechanical durability, it features automatic temperature compensation, IP65/IP68 protection, and flexible versions (analog/4-20mA/digital/Modbus RTU). No zero-point adjustment is needed—calibrate via DPD-1 or iodometry. Operable at 15–30 L/h and specified pressures，it’s reliable for high-chlorine water disinfection control in industrial settings.
