Product Overview

The online ozone analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) adopts a sensor imported directly from Germany. The detection part uses special osmotic membrane technology, which has the characteristics of resisting interference from chemicals (mainly surfactants), reducing pH dependence, etc. The sensor is not restricted by water quality conditions, has a fast response speed, stable working performance, low cost, and requires little maintenance, providing users with reliable and accurate data.
The instrument is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display screen and can automatically identify measured parameters, including: residual chlorine/total chlorine/chlorine dioxide, ozone, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, free bromine. It has current output and RS485 output, and the measurement range can be freely set. It also has high and low limit alarm prompts, three-way relay control switches, and an adjustable hysteresis range, as well as multiple automatic calibration methods for the electrode.

Working Principle

The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the instrument and the sensor. The instrument displays the ozone value (main measured value), the pH value of the aqueous solution (a pH electrode is required to be optional), and the working status. It outputs signals such as analog quantity, digital quantity, and switching quantity.
The sensor adopts the original imported RG brand from Germany and works on the principle of the constant current method of the three (double) - electrode film - covered type, which has the characteristics of anti - interference and anti - pollution.
