Product Overview

The online chlorine dioxide analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is equipped with a sensor imported directly from Germany. The detection part applies special osmotic membrane technology, featuring resistance to interference from chemicals (mainly surfactants) and reduced pH dependence. The sensor is not limited by water quality conditions, boasting a fast response speed, stable working performance, low cost, and minimal maintenance requirements. It provides users with reliable and accurate data.
The instrument is furnished with an LCD liquid crystal display screen and can automatically identify measured parameters, including: residual chlorine/total chlorine/chlorine dioxide, ozone, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and free bromine. It has current output and RS485 output capabilities, and the measurement range can be freely set. Additionally, it offers high and low limit alarm prompts, three-way relay control switches, an adjustable hysteresis range, and multiple automatic calibration methods for the electrode.

Working Principle

The entire measurement system mainly comprises two components: the instrument and the sensor. The instrument displays the chlorine dioxide value (the main measured value), the pH value of the aqueous solution (a pH electrode is optional), and the working status. It outputs signals such as analog quantity, digital quantity, and switching quantity.
The sensor adopts the original imported RG brand from Germany and operates on the principle of the constant current method of the three (double) - electrode film - covered type, which has the characteristics of anti - interference and anti - pollution. The sensor is not restricted by water quality conditions and can be applied in various industries.
