Product Overview

Online Total Chlorine Analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is equipped with a sensor imported directly from Germany. The detection part adopts a special osmotic membrane technology, which has the characteristics of resisting interference from chemicals (mainly surfactants) and reducing pH dependence. The sensor is not restricted by water quality conditions, features a fast response speed, stable working performance, low cost, and requires little maintenance, providing users with reliable and accurate data.
The instrument is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display screen and can automatically identify measured parameters including residual chlorine/total chlorine/chlorine dioxide, ozone, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and free bromine. It has current output and RS485 output, allows free setting of the measurement range, provides high and low limit alarm prompts, three sets of relay control switches, and an adjustable hysteresis range. The electrode has multiple automatic calibration methods.
Working Principle: The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the instrument and the sensor. The instrument displays the total chlorine value (main measured value), the pH value of the aqueous solution (a pH electrode needs to be selected optionally), and the working status. It outputs signals such as analog quantity, digital quantity, and switch quantity. The sensor is of the original imported RG brand from Germany and works on the principle of the film-covered three (dual) - electrode constant current method, with the characteristics of anti - interference and anti - pollution. The sensor is not restricted by water quality conditions and can be applied in various industries.
Application Fields:
  • Tap water: 0 - 2mg/L

  • Swimming pool water: 0 - 5mg/L for the measurement of cyanuric acid

  • Medical water: 0 - 0.5mg/L; conductivity as low as 10μS/cm

  • Sewage treatment: 0 - 20mg/L

  • Seawater: conductivity up to 50mS/cm

  • High - salt seawater: brine or seawater with a concentration greater than 3.5% (>50mS), and the salt content can be up to approximately 26%
