Product Overview

Online Conductivity Analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the instrument). The entire measurement system mainly consists of two parts: the instrument and the sensor. The instrument is equipped with an LCD liquid crystal display screen and can automatically identify measured parameters including residual chlorine/total chlorine/chlorine dioxide, ozone, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, free bromine, turbidity, low turbidity, suspended solids, dissolved oxygen, pH, ORP, and conductivity. It can be connected to digital sensors or two - wire 4 - 20mA signal sensors. Meanwhile, according to requirements, it can choose a single - channel configuration to connect one sensor or a dual - channel configuration to connect two sensors, reducing the cost of the controller and the installation space.
The conductivity sensor is a glass - platinum electrode. The measurement principle of the sensor is to place two discs (conductivity discs) in the sample solution. By applying a voltage between the two discs, the current can be measured. Generally, the voltage is in the form of a sine wave. The conductivity is determined by Ohm's law based on the voltage and current values.
